Care & Longevity Tips

• Placement: For peak longevity (up to 6 to 8 weeks), display outdoors on a covered porch, entry door, or sheltered exterior wall away from intense direct afternoon sunlight
• Indoor Display: When displayed indoors, expect a lifespan of 2 to 3 weeks due to dry artificial heating. Keep away from heat registers, fireplaces, and radiators
• Hydration: Mist the cut stem ends and needles with cool tap water 2–3 times weekly to preserve moisture and lock in fragrance
• Natural Shedding: Because this is an authentic, freshly harvested farm product, minor interior needle shedding is completely normal during unboxing and setup

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the square silhouette constructed?
Unlike flimsy wired forms, our wreaths are hand-crimped onto heavy-duty, commercial-grade metal clamp wreath frames. This rigid foundation keeps the geometric 90-degree corners crisp and prevents sagging under outdoor weather conditions.

Should I expect needle shedding?
Yes. Our evergreens are 100% natural, live botanicals cut fresh for the season. Some internal shedding occurs naturally during transit and unpacking; simply give the wreath a light shake outside before hanging.

When will my wreath ship?
All fresh greenery orders begin shipping nationwide the week of Thanksgiving to guarantee maximum peak freshness for the holiday season.

What are the shipping policies for paired holiday greenery?
Wreaths ship securely in fitted heavy-duty protective boxes. Please note: if ordering alongside our 6-foot fresh cut Christmas tree, an additional carrier shipping fee applies to the tree due to large dimensional carrier limits and oversized freight requirements.
