Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, replace it or cancel your order please contact Customer Care. Items can be returned if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.  All damage claims need to be made within 48 hours of delivery.  Failure to do so will result in snowgreens not being able to refund your order.  If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so in your snowgreens account or email us. snowgreens will refund your credit card account within 5 business days and upon successfully receiving your damaged items, replaced items or canceled request.
